Canada Study Visa

Education in Canada is of the highest calibre and is comprehensive, meeting the demands of a wide range of international students. Canada’s educational system is managed by the provinces and territories. They choose Designated Learning Institutions that are permitted to admit students from abroad.

DLIs cover elementary and secondary schools. If you are of legal age and want to continue your education in Canada, you must first get a study permit. Most international students studying in Canada must abide by the guideline. You must present evidence of the following in order to be qualified for a study permit:

There are time limits on Study Permits. When to cease studying is specified by them. Depending on the length of your programme or the requirements for admission to a DLI, the dates change. Your study permit may need to be extended before it expires, often at least 30 days beforehand.

There are some people who do not require a study permit in order to pursue an education in Canada. A member of the foreign armed forces, minor children, individuals enrolled in an education programme lasting six months or less, registered Indians in Canada, staff or family of a foreign representative, and minor children are among them.

Depending on the programme you are enrolled in, you could be permitted to work both during and after your studies in Canada.
